Notice of Founding Meeting
Willowdale Provincial Young Liberals

Notice is hereby given of the Founding Meeting of the Willowdale Provincial Young Liberals (OYL) Club to elect the executive committee and conduct the business of the association.

Meeting Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026
Meeting Time: 2:00 PM
Meeting Location: Virtual via Zoom

During this meeting, elections will take place for the following positions on the association executive committee:

a) President
b) Vice-President
c) Secretary
d) Treasurer
e) Membership Director

Eligibility to Vote (Membership Cutoff)

You are eligible to vote at this Founding Meeting if you are a member of the Ontario Liberal Party residing in Willowdale and are between the ages of 14 and 25 by Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Identification for Voting

Please be prepared to present your student ID and government-issued identification during the meeting.

Identification may be:

Option 1: One government-issued ID showing your photo, name, and current address (for example, a driver’s licence or Ontario photo card).

Option 2: Two pieces of identification:

• One piece issued by a widely recognized institution showing your name (for example, a health card, birth certificate, passport, student card, or credit card); and

• One piece issued by a widely recognized institution showing your name and current address (for example, a bank statement, utility bill, or tax assessment).

Standing for a Position on the Club Executive Committee

To stand for any of the above positions, you must notify the Ontario Liberal Party in writing by sending an email to intents@ontarioliberal.ca with the subject line:

“Intention to Stand – Willowdale Provincial Young Liberals”

no later than Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Your email must indicate the position for which you wish to stand.
